Northern Maryland wakes up slow. A few miles south of home in Parkton, is Hereford, Maryland - this is the kind of small town that could be on a postcard — one church steeple, one bend in the road, and a sky that does all the work. Mornings like this are exactly why I'm up before sunrise most days.
